An impeccable customer experience
For the past two years, Clairoux has had the pleasure of working on Victoriatown by Samcon which is located in southwestern Montreal. Within our first mandate, we implemented the sales office experience to make it simple and impactful. We also worked on developing the brand image of this large-scale project.
An evolving mandate
With impressive results for the sales office and project brand image, the Clairoux team was chosen to establish the standards for the project units. Our mandate for this project is very important. The focus is:
- Design every single unit and create the project
- Furnish the model condo
- Perform the choice of materials to deliver an outstanding project
- Guide buyers in the selection of finishes for their condo unit
An efficient buying process
On the one hand, all decisions were made with the aim of making the buying process as easy as possible for the buyer, and the selling process as easy as possible for the developer. On the other hand, we developed a unique urban housing experience for users. We applied the model units throughout phase 1 and will adapt the design to the project’s other phases. This lengthy project will span 5 years.
Condominium project in Pointe-Saint-Charles
The project especially stands out in the Pointe-Saint-Charles neighbourhood. In fact, trends are moving toward new high-rise buildings. Victoriatown by Samcon, with a total of over 600 units, is built at ground level on a large lot. The units boast a much higher average square footage than other projects in the area. Victoriatown offers something unique, on a human scale.
A lively neighbourhood
Through its work, Clairoux plays an important role in building a community life and fostering a friendly environment through design and the selection of organic materials. The project is better adapted to families than single people or couples. Our designs reflect the needs of families. Victoriatown offers an urban lifestyle meeting the needs of family life. With a maximum of 3 storeys, children can easily play outside. This focus on community life is also reflected in the fact that a co-op will be setting up in the neighbourhood.
Organic materials
When it comes to strategic material choices, the project is built using wood and brick. The low-rise design allows for the use of these types of materials that are rarely used in high-rise projects. The project is located on a large lot, reminiscent of the suburban concept of townhouses. The vision of development is paired with the concept of authenticity. Every aspect of the design reflects this vision. We are very proud to contribute to this type of project which differs markedly from Montreal’s extensive urban housing offering.
