Brickfields: A Design Directly Inspired by Griffintown’s History
Participating in history
The Brickfields project primarily stands out in Griffintown’s landscape for its timeless, refined architecture, which houses offices and condominiums. The Maître Carré team has underscored the neighbourhood’s history by entrusting architects with the mission of integrating and showcasing the Keegan House, which dates back to 1825. The result shows a deep respect for Griffintown and a desire to make the Brickfields a part of the neighbourhood’s future. With its high-end materials and sleek design, the Brickfields is a project that will appeal to history buffs and enthusiasts of elegant, intelligent design.
With its extensive experience in real estate, Clairoux Real Estate Development was selected as a consultant for the project. Our role was to support the real estate developer Maître Carré and its team of designers in customizing many units. This was not their first project; they were aware of the importance of personal meetings with their buyers. Through an interactive form developed exclusively by Clairoux Real Estate Development, the selection of finishes was done quickly and without errors, which subsequently allowed the project team to work more efficiently.
