The Magellan 2 project sold out in record time. The buyers have shown particular enthusiasm for this project, as the tower is integrated into the Solar complex found two steps away from the REM (Rapide Électrique Métropolitain) station. Unlike neighbouring towers, the units have a large living space and have especially attracted buyers wishing to live in the tower.

Therefore, our designers (Caroline and Roxane) guided meetings to respond to their personalization needs while also explaining the limited framework of condo construction.
THE DESIGN CHALLENGE OF CLAIROUX
The Clairoux team has been involved in coordinating the personalization of the condo units. The designers listen to the buyers under the construction directives. The uniqueness of this type of mandate is to get to know our client and ensure that we do the best construction work, while also respecting the style of the developper’s customer service providing quick replies to the needs of the buyers. This fine line demands a skillful understanding of construction work for condominium sites and a specific talent with customer service. Here is how it happens: the buyers benefit from two meetings, though often three or four for penthouses or more complex units. The plans are produced by our team and coordinated with the other professionals. We are in constant communication with customer service, who respect the buyers’ demands and are constant communication with the construction site to determine the demands’ feasibility and costs. Our supervisory staff allows for clear demands to be sent to the construction site and responds as much as possible to the taste of the buyers. We also help them with the selection of materials and finishing touches, as well as giving them decorating tips for the rest of their move. We help them to personalize their units in order to tweak their new condo and refine their new home.
