Drummond, high class projet in Montreal Downtown
Clairoux continues its interior design in phase 2 of the Drummond residential project
Following the success of the first phase of the Drummond real estate project, Clairoux was again selected by Samcon to coordinate managing the selection of finishes for the 210 new units that will be built during phase 2.
Our team of professional interior designers met with each buyer individually to advise them on the final touches to their future living space. This service includes a variety of finishes, such as floors, ceramics, countertops, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, room layout and electricity requirements. Attentive to details and individual needs, our team coordinates these requests so that they are easily integrated into the tower’s construction.
The unique method of choosing finishes developed by Clairoux Real Estate development has been successfully used for major projects in Montreal in recent years. It has been demonstrated to reduce errors and improve the efficiency of the process. It makes life easier for both the developer and the construction team and improves buyer satisfaction rates.
A successful contemporary condominium concept
Built in 2017, the first phase of the Drummond real estate project included 211 units spread over 25 floors. The second tower, whose completion is scheduled for 2019, will be right beside its predecessor. Its 22 floors will house 210 additional units. The same services are available in the two towers: high-speed elevators, individual intercom and air conditioning systems in each unit, common storage for bikes and the option of adding home automation.
With their quartz countertops, 9-foot concrete ceilings in each unit, a common training room on 2 floors, a heated pool on both roofs, and many terraces and common areas, the Drummond definitely ranks as high-end housing in Montreal.
Located on Drummond Street close to the subway and Peel and Sainte-Catherine Streets, the building stands out for its many windows and contemporary architecture from Marco Manini Architect. It caters to a clientele of young, dynamic professionals who want to live in the heart of the downtown area. They have all the comforts of a highly modern unit where they can seek refuge when they need some rest.
